The location was very convenient and the room was spacious with all the basic necessities. Only issue was the ac cover was loose and made noise sometimes. Otherwise the caretaker was welcoming and guided us for the scooter rental and other things.

It isn't worth the money i spent on it.

From day one to last day of our trip we’re very satisfied with the stay and the ambience. Room was pretty clean and the organiser was very supportive. Popular beaches and hotes are nearby, so if you’re looking for a stay near arpora definitely its a value for money stay.

stay was good. but Lil more cleanliness is expected in washroom. Pathway of the buildings is also not maintained

We find no problem while staying there. All staff was cooperative. Services were good whether in case of cleanliness or management.

Room was ok but bed mattresses were so hard to sleep on it, just a thin mattresses

There was lovely hotel and staff. The manager firoz is very nice person & corporative. Had studio apartment with available kitchen utensils, liquor shop is next door, there was available snacks. Received good recommendations living for couple. Room was clean with the essentials. Hotel central, everything we needed for a short visit to Avaas Apartment. 🥰

Stay was excellent and mr firoz was very helpful. Mr firoz arranged bike and car for our family and always eager to help.

The property is well secured with security. The apartment was clean and had all the basic amenities. Overall the experience was very good. The caretaker Firoz was also helpful. The place is close to Anjuna beach. Recommended for stay👍🏻

Decent stay, though the quality of bed can be improved, ac remote was not working so it had to be kept at fixed temperature. Wall had moulds.

Av-as apartment is a residential society, so it does not feel like staying in a hotel. You cannot use the swimming pool without swimming costume, cannot use the car parking, you can only park your car outside the apartment. Even soap is not provided in the bathroom. The tv was also not working.
