Facilities as prescribed during booking were not provided like wifi, hot & coldwater, coffee maker, etc. Bathrooms were not cleaned properly as shown in pictures. Provided unwashed and damaged blankets. After request they replaced with a good one. Ac remotes are not available in rooms. You need to wake up many time to on & off the ac.

Hotel staff was not aware with my booking and room also not provided due to unavailability of rooms in hotel. We struggle a lot, mm t customer care was also helpless.

Cleanliness issues. Rooms not up to the standards as per the rates. Food and staff service is good hence average rating.

Helpful staff and spacious rooms with natural sceneries around. Lacking in terms of hygiene, cleanliness. Bedsheets, towels and blankets were not clean. Behavior of other guests especially near pool was not very comfortable for folks with family.

I booked this hotel through mmt, but when i with my family went to hotel at around 9pm, there was no booking, even if i paid full amount for hotel hill top daman, we had to return back to my home as there was no option at around 10pm, and we had requested for refund

They denied my stay when reach the hotel. After then so many call to customer care support they allow. Not preferred any one to bole the hotel

we have terrible experience this hotel. toilet flush was broken. light holder broken. i want to switch off the light but switch not available then, i remove the holder

Hotel hill top was average in stay good vibe labour attitude is not good weiter worst serving only on tips which high ranges of tips like 100rs 200rs expecting very bad experience i had weiter should be the main disciplined in hotels only because of weiter i would rate this hotel hill top as average.

We booked hotel hilltop 2 days before via make my trip. But to our unpleasant surprise, hotel denied to check in as they had some issues with mmt. As we reached after tiring journey of 6 hours

don't book this hotel, as they don't accept Oyo or booking. owner is good and very helpful only problem is they don't active any service

Not recommend. No response from any one for a prepaid booking

Very bad quality rooms what rubbish

The ac remote is not working they couldn't fix the resolution was if you don't require please turn of the switch. The tv remote is not working, physical tv button to use to put on or off. Heater was not working properly, hotel staff fixed in the end.

The room was spacious and service was good

The basic points are not neglected in the room, no towels, no brushes, no blankets, washroom mirror was broken, no telephone, no led tv, hot water not available at that moment kitchen service was nice, tasty food, staffs are nice in behaviour

lots of unhygienic atmosphere. Room's toilet seat was broken. water supply very slow. there was no soap shampoo even not towel also we had to ask for it .

Hand sanatizers not available, bad quality bad sheets, pillows overall experience average.

The hotel is good but the location is not good. Very far from Jampore beach. Overall the facilities were good at the hotel.
