location is on the main road, cleanliness was well maintained...quick services for food, staff was very cooperative

very bad & horrible location for a new person. i didn't seen this type of location .I seen the property is so far

The hotel location was wrong and it is a fraud hotel. I will complain in the consumer court about this.

i used to search property location in google maps.i found location was not as shown in makemytrip location map

The property is very bad

Hotel Management was extremely pathetic.I have pre-booked the AC room in hotel in the morning and when i visited in the evening by riding my bike for 150 KM i got to know that all rooms are already booked and provided to someone else. There was no AC room available. As a process they should keep one AC room available for me as i have already booked one through BMT. Then the person on the counter offer me to Take Non AC room which is the month of summer how can anyone stay in Non AC room.

needs more prompt service. half the time the intercom is not working. and no room cleaning service...

The experiance was very bad... I came to hotel and the reception person denied the confirm booking made from make my trip. so I will suggest everyone to not to make any prior payment. I have to search and plan another booking.

I booked through your app only for the location which I prefer. The address is totally different of the property than the Google map location which has been in your app. When I reached at the destination via Google map there is no such hotel found. That's why I didn't checked in to hotel and want immediate refund. It was horrible experience, Today is my anniversary, all got spoiled only because of make my trip. I just returned back to my home.  I am attaching the screenshot of Google location for your reference and also the address which is given for the property. You also check your app that the location of the Google map and address is not the same. This is totally fault of the MakeMyTrip. When I call the property as there is no direct contact of property provided, it get connected via Oyo contact number,the property initially denied that there is no such booking for today. After 30 mins of conversation with Oyo partner, they assured me that I will be checked in once I reached at destination. But when I reached at destination via Google map, there is no such property found rather it ends in an outskirt area of the town beyond 8km from the address given. So there is mismatch of property address and Google map adress which is the fault of MakeMyTrip. For your clarification, want to inform that the property is at Somnath Circle, Daman but the Google map shows it is located at Moti Daman where there is no such property. So I went back to my home in this late night with my family. It was so much horrible experience with MakeMyTrip. I want refund of this booking.

Nothing to say anything in this hotel because my experience is so bad staff are very bad behaviour

The room was very dirty. The blanket was not cleaned properly. Bedsheet was dirty.

Initial location map took me to some random place 10kms away! room was unclean and stink-ed all the while (of urine or so) {couldn’t even open the window since it was an ac room. I stayed cos i hardly had another option at the time.

When we reached they already allotted our room's to some others. Rooms were different then it show's in images. It is not even 10% of the photos they mention on google. They are giving their staff room to slip with no ac's working and worst place. Entrie hotel is filled with mosquitoes and dirty smell, no parking available. Do not visit, waste of time and money.

Actually we have to sweet deluxe room. And. We are reach from the hotel 12 pem but he will provide the 3pm. And we have to extra pay amount conplymanty brackfast but doesn't provide. Very poor service. I want refund my fully amount

After looking at the safety and cleanliness standards i didn’t want to even think about trying the food
There were no safety standards being followed. There was dust in the room. I had to spent the night that’s why I thought oyo is the safe bet when it comes to giving value for money but turns out I was wrong. I won’t suggest this oyo to anyone ever now. I got out of that hotel as soon as possible in the morning. Going to some strange land and having such an experience is beyond pathetic.

Hotel anter no service provided room provided after 1 hour after 11 pm midnight and not drink water

Dirty room, very bad odor, dirty bathroom, no cable connection to tv, food service is very late and dirty. No light in passage.
