Average service….. location is not up to the mark…..but good support from staff…toileteries not descent

I wanted to share my recent experience regarding my stay, as I believe it’s important for you to be aware of what occurred. Upon arrival, I was informed that my room was not available because your establishment does not accept online bookings. This was surprising, as I had made my reservation through MakeMyTrip and had confirmation of my booking. I was then presented with the option to pay more than double the original cost for accommodation, which was not only frustrating but also quite unexpected. As a result, I found myself stranded at night without a place to stay, which was incredibly distressing. This experience has left me very disappointed, as I had been looking forward to my stay. I hope you take this feedback into consideration to improve your booking process and communication with customers in the future. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Rooms i'll furnished, unprofessionally managed property

The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated with a very comfortable bed and good amenities.

It was a bad experience. I was denied check in at hotel

I reached hotel at night but no one open the door. I could not check in. Pls process my 100% refund.

Location is not good . Owner is also rude in behaviour. There's no lift available not suitable for family and elderly people . Not upto mark as per rating. not at all satisfied. Not at all recommended for family stay.

Pathetic, no bathroom only toilet room, u can’t even stand inside and no towel given even after asking for ten times, there is no toilet room door mat kept which made the whole room dirty, worst service experience by the make my trip vendor

nice stay here with newly constructed hotel very nice and cleaned room with high quality washroom and wonderful crafted room with all the facilities like ac n tv gyser everything is there I really like staying here ... looking forward with my family to stay here .
