had a wonderful experience of my stay in novotel imagica, the property was very beautiful, perfect location, had a nice big pool. the food was very tasty, excellent quality and delicious as well as the hospitality of the staff and service was excellent, the Novotel Imagica Khopoli staff was very polite and give an excellent quick service . The Novotel Imagica Khopoli had a lot of amenities for kids as well as adults. the room was good and very big . I recently stayed at Novotel Imagica Khopoli, and the experience was nothing short of wonderful. The stay was pleasant, and all three meals were absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff was extremely courteous, consistently checking in to ensure we were comfortable and not facing any issues. This genuine care truly stood out and made our stay even more enjoyable. A special mention for an incident during our stay: I lost my travel pouch, but thanks to Swati from Guest Relations and Pooja from Recreation, it was found and returned to me within minutes. Their prompt action and dedication reflect the highest level of customer service. Kudos to the entire team for making our stay memorable. I would gladly recommend Novotel Imagica Khopoli to anyone looking for a warm, welcoming, and well-catered experience.

The property was great and well maintained. Since the resort was fully booked room service took time. Even in the restaurant they were falling short of plates and spoons. Rooms were big and clean. Balcony was also big. They should increase the time for amenities and play area. They give check-in by 2pm after which we had lunch and rest. Later on we found that pool closes at 6.30 pm leaving a very little gap to enjoy the pool. Even the resort play area closes at 7.30 so as soon as you come out of pool and get ready by the time the play area closes . We were not able to enjoy the amenities and had nothing to do post dinner.

It was good , few things to your notice , Exhaust fan in washroom was not working , we booked including lunch and dinner , however when we reached lunch was served at table with limited menu chart. Although the captain served us what we asked for . The room door wasn’t getting locked and alarm was buzzing while opening and closing the door. Over all good hospitality . Santosh from front desk was helpful and polite

Novotel Imagica is located at a convenient place, with access to Imagica and some good economical restaurants outside its premises. The room was clean and welcoming and the breakfast sumptuous and healthy. It is definitely a place i would visit again
