Unhygienic, dirty room, no car parking facility, not good with family, water pressure low, will not recommend anyone.

Room was cosy n bful, service was very good, staff was very cooperative, very close to market n lake. Thanks for the wonderful experience

Staff is very coorporative as we don't spend much time in room few things rooms are small tv not working rest is good they give you free wify

The room was quite small in regard to the number of guests. Even the ceiling height was quite low which caused inconvenience. The worst thing was that we were asked to pay additional money over what we had already booked the room for which is not acceptable.

The staff was cooperative but the property was so bad. The room, bed and washroom was so dirty. We spend half of the night without electricity.

Okay. The hotel was not good it was a home stay with lot of noise and very fay from naini lake. It was very difficult to reach and drive on a steep. Room were very smelly poor kitchen.

Room service was not good, bedsheet was not clean, no proper ventilation, it was very bad experience

There is tray of service food is very dirty not hygiene we order the french fries and we got it after 40 minutes

बेहद घटीया,लोकेशन ट्राॅक नही होरहा था होटल कीसी और जगह थी और लोकेशन कीसी और जगह बतारहा था. होटल मालीक का फोन नही लगरहा था,कुछ समयबाद मालीक से काँटॅक हूआ फीरभी देड घंटेबाद ऊनका आदमी आया.होटल पहोचते पहोचते रात 12 बजगये.रुम के वाशरुम मे पाणी नही था बेडशीट,पीलोकवर बहोत मैले थे.रुम मे बहोत धूल थी. रुम की ऊचाई बहोत कम थी ऊपर की छत सर से टकरा रही थी.सुबह सूबह 2 घंटे लाईट नही थी और स्टाफ कूछभी सून्ने तैय्यार नही था.

The stay was decent. Like room was not much spacious. The hotel was good but did not match the price. Parking was a issue. Hotel staff was not reachable on the number provided when i called a day before.

Very very bed hotel rooms are very small and full of smell, beds are so dirty and full of cockroach, toilet are very small and full of smell, cleaner staff are very ugly work he use same brush to clean toilet and washbasin. Uuuhhh, and also use broom to clean bedsheet, bed sheet are so old and dirty and blanket. So bed and full of other person heai and dust i can't use, dinner area very small and near reception counter, and proximity common toilet where hotel staff use continuously during lunch or dinner and smell come to your dinner table uhhhh, we are booked for three night but we checked out 1 day before. Hotel area like a city colony children are shouting every-time and no window or view, in front of your balcony building like a labour's stay and street also. Very very bad

Owner behaviour was really very rude and intolerable. Facilities was like garbage nothing was working properly even electricity was not there sometimes. I don't prefer to stay here.

It was nice experience good stay nearby mall road staff was good neat and clean room.

Hotel staff was very helpful. But need to renovate the hotel as bed quality was very poor. It has no ceiling fan in the room. Hotel location is also near to mall road. Rooms are very small.

1 km from naini lake, staff was helpful, but cleaning was a issue, food is also good, flush was not working. Safe for family, price is ok, if they clear cleaning issue then it will be a good stay
