Apartment is average, it was smelling with fish odour. Washrooms need deep cleaning. Nice swimming pool. Kitchen with all utensils, fridge, washing machine.

Good one value for money We stayed for 4 nights, utensils in kitchen were very helpful we can find provision stores nearby we enjoyed in swimming pool too and housekeeping was good.

Nice apartment to stay with small children, kitchen with basic utensils helped us to cook during morning, and also there was rent a car and bike facility easily available outside the apartment entrance, I strongly recommend for families, spacious apart not, possible for 8 members to stay.

The property was very nice. It was in a convenient location. Staff, services, all was very good. Room was clean. Only one thing we didn't like that, they denied to extending our stay for the next day which they had told earlier that, it was confirmed, but the next morning they asked me to leave the room. It was uncomfortable for us. Apart from this, everything was perfect. I will recommend it to others.

All enmity with fully furnished flats. Well located. Worth value for money. Free food delivery available.

I stayed in Moksh Holiday Homes and it was a couple trip. The location was great. I found the property neat and clean. The staff behavior was good. Only the bed was not that good in the room. A must recommend property to others.

The location was good and property was easily accessible. The staffs were good but a geyser of room was not working apart from that it was a wonderful stay. Only we did not had food in the property just because of we are vegetarians. Must recommend to others for stay in Goa with family.

No lift in the building. Staff is ok but the washroom is too smelly. The drainage is not cleaned hence it's impossible to stand in the bathroom.

The best thing is u can get food drinks at your doorstep easily by order though it is far from the regular market area. Swimming pool was neat and clean. Staff were very cooperative.

Great apartment. But the kitchen cleanliness was a bit dull.

We booked the room for 3 days out of which we had to face power failure for more than 18 hours. Water cans were not provided by the hotel. Our POC was one Mr. Niranjan who was a really good fellow. The only issues we faced were power failure, and I still don't understand why they doesn't have a backup! The cell reception was bad. We get 4G only on the balcony! No water was provided, had to buy that separate!

If you want to get your room cleaned ask the manager in between morning 9. 00 to evening 5.00. The kitchen is very nice and they also have a front load washing machine in the room. The ambiance is great in the apartment. Inverter backup is available in case electricity shutdown. The swimming pool was also great

It was a very good stay with quite nice facilities and services. The owner of the property was not there but there was a man who was attending us, and he was a very good man. The property was very clean and secure. I can suggest that property to all.

The location was good, it was easily accessible and loved the cleanliness of the property. Had food all three times of the day and it was really good. But some facilities were not provided as expected.
