I have booked. After reaching there they didn't pick my call many times. And they are telling they didn't get the booking confirmation and money. I have shared the proof to them , but they did not accepting it After that I have raised the complaint directly to the MakeMyTrip. so they have arranged another hotel. but after reaching there ,we have seen same receptionist was sitting there.Later we got to know they had 3buildings. 1.the bathroom water was horrible. Receptionist was not responsible for anything (water,current, cleaning, towels etc)
