Booking canceled by owner just the couple of hour before without knowing instead of that mm t offered another booking but was not satisfied

I've booked room in la flora chinmayee resort but they said already room sold out and we've informed to mm t to close it but they didn't closed. Ok

Hotel mgmt staff are thief. Just be careful with your belongings. Book in this hotel if you wanna take risk.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service provided during our recent hotel booking. My wife, [Rizwana U.A, our 3-year-old child, and I arrived at the hotel together and were confronted with a series of distressing issues that have greatly marred our experience. It is of utmost importance that you address these concerns immediately to ensure the satisfaction and well-being of your valued customers. Upon arriving at the [La Flora Chinmayee Resort] in [Coorg, we were utterly dismayed to find that the hotel premises were deserted, with no staff members present. This lack of activity and the absence of any other guests created a highly disconcerting and insecure environment, particularly for our family with a young child. As responsible service providers, it is your duty to prioritize the safety and peace of mind of your guests, especially those with children, regardless of the time of arrival. Furthermore, when we called the hotel number provided, we were made to wait for half an hour before a staff member arrived to rectify the situation. This delay and lack of prompt response only added to our frustration and discomfort. The staff member who eventually arrived showed a complete lack of concern or empathy towards our predicament. It is deeply disappointing that the hotel staff displayed such disregard for our needs as customers, especially given the circumstances.The condition of the room itself added to my apprehension and discomfort. The room was untidy, unkempt, and did not resemble the accommodations that were showcased. The stark contrast between the advertised pictures and the actual room only intensified my distress and raised questions about the authenticity of the information provided. In light of the unacceptable conditions, we were compelled to seek alternative accommodation from another service provider to ensure the safety and comfort of our family for the night. The fact that we had to incur additional expenses and inconvenience due to the hotel's failure to fulfill its commitments is highly distressing and unfair. Moreover, the premises of the hotel lacked adequate lighting, which further added to our concerns regarding safety and security. It is essential for hotels to provide well-lit environments to ensure the well-being of their guests, especially during the evening hours. Given the gravity of these concerns, I implore you to take immediate action to rectify the situation and provide a suitable resolution. As paying customers, we should not be subjected to compromised safety, security, and inconvenience. We kindly request that you expedite the refund process for our booking as a gesture of goodwill and recognition of the significant inconvenience, distress, and additional expenses we have endured. This is our first letter of complaint, and we sincerely hope that you will address our concerns and provide a satisfactory resolution within a reasonable timeframe. If you want to stay close to city and still far from all kind of noises, this is one of the good place. You can get very good views of mountains throughout the day.

We booked our resort many days before but when we reach there they have given our room to anyone else and have given us different room which was like lodge..no bathrooms were clear and there are no lights in the room, no curtains, feeling very cold there… worst stay ever.. we have paid very high price for the room but we got the worst service.

Worst stay and terrible experience. The amenities they have given, They don’t have restaurant, neat rooms, heater etc. We booked for 3 days and first day they gave a different normal room where restrooms buildings are damaged. We complained and they changed next day. But still all the rooms are same. Full of leeches and insects in the stay. Looks different from their photos. Tv will not work and if you ask they dont respond. The room is very far from town and there are no nearby as shops. Even they don’t provide any food or coffee. They dont provide towels, soap etc until you ask them. There is no caretaker and power backup as well. Totally its waste of money and it will spoil your trip.

The rooms are good but there is no proper hot water facility. There is only one breakfast provided that is upma, it is not all good. Don't take the rooms at ground floor because there are lot of insects on the floor especially in the night. The view on the terrace is good with mountains and greenery around.

I stayed for 2 nights at this location between Oct 1st and Oct 3rd. The location was really good and surrounded by mountain view. The host and the support staff were really helpful and quick in responding to our requests. Coffee and the food that was severed was nice and tasty. The quantity of the breakfast that was served was a little miss for a heavy eater like me. Overall, I had a great stay here!!! 😊 Thank you!!!
