Location ,Good Breakfast very Good Dinner ...Lots of improvement required Shower was not good

shower area's door is missing, due to that whole bathroom is getting wet. Other things are good w. r. t room charges.

Neet and clean rooms with well maintained furniture. Team is professional and service oriented. Enjoyed the stay!

One of the worst hotel of indore as they don’t have even 1 star facility so never ever cost to this hotel.

I fell sick after staying in their room. i think the dustmites or some kind of allergens that affected me badly. food was also okay, nothing you would call good taste or delicious. they also don't provide bills even if you keep asking.

I stayed at infinity hotel last week .... restaurant is too good .... including breakfast, lunch and dinner all are good quality food ...even they accept our food customisation request and serve proper taste that we needed .... one thing is quite annoying that hotel ac and fan is not working properly...that is not up to 4 star hotel

Room size is big as compared to others, food is too tasty whatever dish u order, service is awesome, only 1 drawback i felt that window glasses are not sound proof and mattress is hard according to price they are taken

There was no cleanliness maintained in the food. The food was very unhygienic — a thread and a utensil-cleaning wire were found in it. After that, the food manager, Mr. Chouhan, came and said sorry, but he did not seem guilty at all. Later, they just reheated the same food and sent it again, only replacing the chapati.

Great food , very courteous staff, clean rooms , comfortable stay overall. In future we would love to visit again

The property and the room is not upto the expectations. Rooms are old and so as amenities. We could have have got a better option at this price.
