Location: drive through the fishing trucks truck anytime of the day will take to cross 15/20 mins. Fish smell. Remote location. No chef no buffet breakfast/ room cleaning / luggage assistance for 1/2 families.

It's so serene and quite property with good rooms and great food next to the river front you can also go for boat ride.

The property's location was secluded and out of place. The property area is a fishermen area and to reach the location had to cross the stinky road and gaze of fishermen. However the property is maintained and is 3. 5/5, but the location is 0/5. One should absolutely avoid this stay if on a vacation. I checked out one day early coz i cannot deal with the stress and ended up wasting my money.

It is good maintained resort and lil far to access goa, but stay was neat and swimming pool also good

Very bad hotel. This is located in fish area. Surrounding people are very poor n just like terrorist. Plz remove this hotel from your app.

Loved every second of stay at this resort. If you are looking for pleasant and peaceful stya then this is the right choice to stay and explore south goa. Food is good, prepared fresh and served hot. Overall a great place to stay.

The room and washroom was clean. The staff is friendly i did faced a issue with tv but was solved after 3 to 4 requests. Otherwise nice cool place with lovely view of river.

Hotel handed over me a bill of 300 rs for 2 bottles(1 liter each) of mineral water. Mrp on bottle is 20 rs. Terrible

Very refreshing and nice view of river from room. Hotel is neat, clean and hygienic. Breakfast was good. Service provided by all staff members was very good. Mr vignesh, ms simran and mr mathew provided polite and courteous services and always helpful. There was no wifi connection in hotel. May be it was temporarily down due to landline fault.

It was good time at hotel, the room was clean. The staff was also very good. It was good time there close to the river view. Good management i love the stay.

The rooms where smelling like gutter and no proper food menu, no liquor menu. Food was tasting horrible. Overall very bad

It was good stay in the ind y front water resort. The room which we booked and hotel provided was very much spacious, clean, with all aminities placed. The bathroom size was small but can manage. All staff we mat was very helpful. If you talk about food was very less variety, so for that we choose to go outside near by restaurant which was almost 2 km from hotel with variety of sea food and veg nonveg items in food. Breakfast was good. Also they have swimming pool which we enjoyed lot. Hotel they have spa but presently closed. Overal i recommend this hotel for good for vacation.
