No extra towels, no hot water in winters, bathroom door knob wasnt working, no soap no shampoo, no free drinking water. Reception manager was not polite to talk to.

Nicely located very close to agra fort railway station and bijlighar chauraha, food quality is above average, veg biryani is best, not all the items on menu are available, affordable stay and average food rates similar to other hotels
