HOTEL R B RESIDENCY- 2 MINUTES WALKING DISTANCE TO SURAT RAILWAY STATION

The stay was comfortable. They have plenty of options for breakfast. The price for breakfast was much lower than restaurants but the quality is good. The staff is good, cooperative and generous. I'm happy to find a good hotel at such a low price

not wort h the money.. not even a standard bedding.. have to ask for everything nothing is provided. Toiletries is not given. Bedding is much better at my home.. For 4000 per day it is not worth the money

Good location, facilities good food good

Very congested rooms and intercom line was not working. But the location is very good very near by to the railway station

Poor experience. It's better to take doremetory or lodge, it's the oldest hotel. Rooms are durty. Old dim lightings in the room. Poor bathing accessories. I plane to stayed here for 3 days but stayed onle one day because i payed in advance. On arrival at hotel. I was about to leave the hotel.

room is comfortable but there is employees are not interested to give you a towel only gives you a soaps. and owner is right person 👍 by the way.

Property was good. We were travelling by car and unfortunately the hotel premises does not a car parking facility. Rooms were small and ok for just night stay during travelling. Air conditioner was not working well in our. It was just a bit comfortable. We tried to set the temperature to around 22deg but it may not have gone even below 27 or 26deg.

Disappointed with the hotel rooms, very different from the pictures shown, smelly rooms, bedsheets not cleaned, no warm water

It was a non ac room. Fan regulator not working. Wash basin drain chock. Room need re painting of entrance wall

Excellent and comfortable stay at r. B. Residency, surat. The hotel staff is very helpful. Food was also delicious.

There were good clean rooms, comfortable and good service. But our beds were not made and room service was not done before we got our room.

Rooms are not clean. Not professional. Not suitable for business travelers. Overall acceptance is not upto the mark

Room was 3rd class. Furniture needs total refurbishment. Door frames are broken, other items was old. Ventilation was zero. No provision for hanging clothes.

only i have to say i will not book this hotel again pathetic response from receptionist and very disappointed with service they charge for bill print….. bogus ill not book this hotel again in my life

Rooms are very small and conservative. Food is good and also staff is very polite and helpful.

Service is very very poor, rooms are very small, they dont have facilities to keep bags for few hours too. Every where there is smoking and drinking smell. Rooms are now very well maintained n no ventilation too

होटल में किसी तरह की सुविधा उपलब्ध नहीं थी l सबसे बड़ी समस्या वहां की दुर्गंध को लेकर के थी l सीलन की बदबू इतनी आ रही थी कि सर फट रहा था l
