businessThe overall experience was just average. Though i did not had pleasant experience with the breakfast. While checking in, i clarified at the reception that have a dietary preference of jain food, to which the person replied that it will not be a problem. He shared that i will simply have to instruct the restaurant about my food preference and it will be taken care off. When i requested the restaurant manager for a jain uttapa, he rudely replied that the breakfast menu have a non jain masala dosa and they cannot serve me uttapa. He further said that if i want a tomato uttapa, they will charge me for that. It was quite disappointing, since i was on a work trip and i rely heavily on breakfast since i am constantly on the go the entire day.

Check in time was 12pm, my flight was preponed, so i could not able to check in. I called hotel at 1 pm and said please cancel and refund but they denied. I asked for 50% refund that too was denined. Useless people

Sai neel hotel is situated outside location of surat. Hotel is good, staff is excellent but room services are not uptodate. Even the complimentary water bottles are too small and not sufficient. Supply of complimentary green tea is limited and no choice of tea or coffee. Approach main gate of hotel from main road is full of garbage and needs improvement. Enough parking space.
