Good location, away from hustle bustle. Good food. Professional and curteous staff. Clean rooms with service round the clock.

Good service and food .The room was comfortable, the ambience was good,Well stocked Bar.I am happy with the stay .

Hotel stay was good and staff was very helpful. Food was also nice. The hotel also got the basement parking ensuring that your vechle stay safe overnight.

Horrible stay booked for my parents, they didn’t even provide breakfast and to order khichdi my mom had to call them 10 times

Hotel showed me a single room before booking but gave me a dorm to share with 12 people. Very dirty hotel, cockroaches everywhere, no attention on cleanliness, bedsheets stink; when asked to replace they said all bedsheets are like this. Rude staff. Not recommended

Booked room as shown in make my trip app but actualy it shown dormitory having no bathing facility. So I faced problem for bathing and toilet was dirty.

very poor put me on dormitory. Then this dor was not having cot,and they made me to sleep on floor. This is even further accelerated, when they put around 20+ in one hall. Further breakfast was not added. I demand refund of my money and inconvenience charges

Staff was non cooperative. They were just not helpful in anything . Also basic amenities were not properly clean

First day on stay they provide only three bed only. But I was paid for four bed . We are very insist for fourth bed but they are refused for bed reason they already given my bed to other person. Second day they provide all four bed to us . But cleanness not proper in toilet and other. Over all service is ok.

Room was sorted. Bathroom was clean but the only downside was the fact that this hotel also has a banquet hall. If you’re in bad luck, the banquet hall would have some function going on and the loud music will tear through the door and wake you up

Though i had booked darmetory but hotel need to provide good separate toilet by taking rs 4000 for one day stay. Need to stop this kind of loot in the name of mahakumbhamela rush etc etc

Hotel placid is charging over priced for all their rooms 4-5 times. I stayed at the dormitory for that they charged app 3800. While booking time it was showing price is for a room but after booking i was totally shocked to see the dormitory. Toilets were not attached and were quite far. No bathroom facilities available, they wait for some one to checkout to provide bathroom. At last they gave me a uncleaned room and bathroom for getting ready.

English speaking Staff..only 1 person available. Remaining all staff are hindi speaking only. Non hindi speaking tourist found difficult to communicate with hotel staff. Food is amazing and cleanliness is good even in Maha Kumbh time also.

In the dormitory, they provide not the bed but the mattress on the floor in a big hall. Washrooms are clean, food is available on second floor in the restaurant (food is pretty good, also you can leave your luggage in their office, staff is cooperating.

Accommodation was very poor. 3rd class. No proper bedding.

Very disappointed! booked room and got draumatary instead. And hight is i had to stay in that. Neither refund nor change was allowed! its simply be-fooling activity!

The room in the pictures looked different, and the charges were pretty high. It seemed like a normal room for a person to stay. However, upon booking, it turned out to be a dormitory, and it was shared with 15 others it was supposed to be a room for 1 person. Completely window dressed set up with ridiculously high prices for just a bed in a dormitory i had to pay more than 10k for a person for 3 nights.

Stay was pleasant, staff was good and helpful, but senior manager at reception was rude.

I booked dormitory bed, but there were no cots available. We were not even informed or mentioned anywhere that there is a hall sharing with other outsiders. Finally we waited for a room to be vacant then paid extra to book a proper suite.
