Worst stay of my life!

familyI very hesitantly booked this Oyo room for my family on my way back from Manali to Chandigarh airport by paying ~Rs for a suite room. The room was way too cramped. My family was feeling claustrophobic throughout night. There was no availability of washroom door mat, towels or soap. I was just waiting for the night to be over so that I can get out of the room. Horrible experience and definitely not for a family stay. 0 starts!

Pros. - 1. Food was good, 2. Staff was also good cons. 1. Roof fan not there 2. Tv not working 3. No single window in hotel 4. Landline in room not working you have to call with your private mobile for order food and receptiniost for anything
