Rooms were not clean, conjusted and drinking water was not available

The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and efficient. The room amenities were well-appointed, and the rooms were very comfortable. The sleep quality was excellent, and the mattresses felt like sleeping at home. The restaurant's food was tasty and freshly made.

Room was neet and clean but there was no proper ventilation. Staffs and attendants were quite helpful and cooperative.

The overall Experience is Good but the hotel needs to be upgraded. Amenities provided in the app were not fullfilled

Stay is nice

First of all the bedsheet was not changed, after complaint they changed. washroom is very small, dirty and unhygienic. Not satisfied.

Booked delux rooms. Good stay. Rooms are spacious. Hotel staff is very very excellent in behaviour. Just one suggestion, blanet of single bed can be replace by a better one blanket.

The location of the hotel was really good. The room was neat and clean and the staff was polite. Overall experience in the hotel was good.

Property is within the city, good restaurants near by, hot-water was available 24/7. Overall it's a decent place to stay. Hotel doors need little bit maintenance but otherwise we are happy

Cleaning was good, especially for family stay. They give additional bed for child, good human being like family member, its a fulfilled experience

The hotel is very decent and the staff's behaviour is extremely good. I would have given 6 stars if there was a possibility. I'll definitely book this place if i come back to ooty again. All amenities mentioned are provided

Property was not worth the tariff paid. Management could not arrange for drinking water for my family. Feel like we have paid too much for such a property.
