Room is not clean. Insects in the room. Tv not working.

The hotel is good, with clean rooms, the view from rooms is the most luring thing about the hotel. It is near to one of the most famous viewpoint Prothemedu. The hotel is nearly 6 km away from the City centre. The main issue is- there are no restaurants in the hotel or nearby. If you are looking for spending a gateway from the hustling city life to a serenity definitely a place to look for.

Just for one day stay it is okay. And it's way too far from the City. Just for the sake of view you can be here else I won't recommend you this.

Hotel location is very near to all restaurants, visiting sites, staff is co-operative, hotel is well cleaned and well maintained.

Stay was nice, awesome view from the room. The staff were well behaved and help when needed.

Location is super mountain view. Food is costly. Village food is low cost and Walk-able distance from hotel.

I have come with family. We enjoyed our staying. Location is very good. But 5 km away from main center. Food is good but costly. No restaurant nearby. Service is good. Hospitality is very good.

To enjoy Munnar's scenic beauty, i recommend to stay in Holly Hock. Location, staff and food is excellent.

This hotel is good. When we stayed there was no cook. So we had difficulty to have our dinner because the hotel is located far from town. Service quality was not unto the mark. But view from the hotel is excellent.

We have spent two nights in hollyhock which is located on hill edge, a matter of 20 minutes away from Munnar town. Outside there is a lot of wind speed, after 8 in the evening till morning 8 am(May be it is because of climate in Feb). Rooms were clean and got hot water and got good support from boys. The only problem here is food. Very expensive and added lot of spices in all items, taste wise it is saltless, sweet flavor. My personal opinion is do not waste your money by ordering food here.

Location is good, from there view was awesm. It is out side from city. Room is clean but small as per price. For couple its is a good place for stay.

The rooms were poor. I booked Deluxe room but we were given Standard room for the first day and the in charge was lying on our faces saying that it is Deluxe room. Sharing pics any person can clearly state that the room given on day 1 cannot be compared to the one in which we were shifted to on day 2 which was actually the deluxe room. Food was okay, bed was poor causing back ache. All in all a huge let down in terms of accommodation in an otherwise beautiful place

It was a nice experience to stay at holly hock. Very good view, and fantastic service. Complementary breakfast was good with 2 varieties. Overall for a group it will be amazing to enjoy the view along with drinks.

Location of the restaurant is soo nice and service staff also very nice.. The room was clean and almost well placed accessories.. The only disappointment was the food.. Tasted average and too expensive than a 4 star hotel!!

Room size is very small. TV is also too small. View from the hotel is good. But location was a little interior. Staff were friendly. Room was small compared to other king/suite rooms. Restaurants pricing were too much.
