I got this room from Google very nice and maintain hygiene of this room very neat and clean even no mosquito and that khatmal really nice and comfortable bed with super ac chilling and polite and helpful staff...

The washroom was not at all clean. aesthetic wise need to improve and maintain the cleanliness. allowed for parking was good. but cleanliness wise needs a lot of improvement.

Disgusting washrooms like public washrooms. Terrible experience. The rooms were dingy and full of mosquitoes. It was very untidy. This was the worst Gostops property I have been to.

It was a pain to park a car. The parking space is too short and the road is very narrow. The bathroom were dirty, flush wasn't working. Dorms are okay, could be better.

I loved the stay at Gostops. very friendly staff and the people i met there are also kind. and the rooms are very spacious and gives a vintage looks. the only problem i have is the washrooms they not clean.

Worst Experience – Unhygienic, Unsafe, No Basic Facilities Our stay here was very disappointing and stressful. The washrooms were extremely unhygienic, and the environment felt unsafe – especially for women. We had booked a dormitory for 3 days, but due to safety concerns, we requested to shift to a private room. While the staff was polite and cooperative, the owner was extremely unhelpful and rude. He refused to adjust the booking amount, demanded extra payment for the private room, and didn’t allow any refund or transfer of our existing booking. We tried to explain our concern for over 2 hours, but he completely ignored it. On top of that, there were no food options available on the property, and they did not provide any vehicle arrangements, which added to our difficulties. Finally, we were forced to cancel our stay and book another accommodation, causing extra expenses and inconvenience. This was one of the worst travel experiences we’ve had, and I do not recommend this place, especially for women or families who expect basic hygiene, safety, and hospitality.

No good to stay at an unhygienic place. Not at all managed. Dirty, smelly just because it's a hostel won't justify the lack of hygiene.

if you enjoy sleep with mosquito and cockroach, i would like to recommend to stay here. otherwise you can book gostop Panjim location, wich is luxury to stay and comfortable. actually this property is quite old need renovation.
