Hotel didn’t given delux room and chargerd for it zero Maintainence no soap olin washroom .Even breakfast was not served and charged.intercom was not working

This hotel destroyed my trip. Nothing works here – no service, no cleanliness, no basic respect from the staff. They behave like they’re doing charity by letting you stay. It’s the dirtiest, most mismanaged property I have ever seen in Shirdi. Strong warning: if you book this hotel, be ready for the worst experience of your life.

No good on hotel,in the hotel ground flour punjabi udipi restaurent,we done diner,tea snacks etc.at that place,we vacate the room on 27 evening of this month

Location is good, rooms not very good. We did not try the food

Room was ok, but food was very spicy. Only plus point is hotel is near to the temple and darshan registration counter is also nearby.

The good thing about the hotel is the room was very hygienic, comfortable stay and was quite the way expected. It was first time and hence would recommend that whoever look for it should definitely have the stay at this place

Rooms including wash rooms are un hygienic, taps of wash room not working in some room and tv not working in two rooms and no response from the hotel after complaining . No room service. Overall a poor experience.

Very poor staff. These guys don't bother who came for check in or check out. If someone is properly arrived to room or in need of something

Room was bit ok but no hot water no tv not satisfied to our expectations no worth of money and staff members are also not responded properly rudely they had behave

I didn't even visit the hotel, all my booking money was wasted. Can i get re-tun help me pls. Otherwise give a hotel next time

I will be visiting this place next time as well. The place was nice, locality was also good. It is the one which is nearest to the temple and local market is also on walking distance. Good experience.

After seeing hotel premises ,lift and corridor I cancelled my booking and asked my payment but no answer

Pathetic experience no parking on the hotel premises and the staff was clueless the rooms were untidy and no facilitate

Very terrible experience ever, worst stay no geyser facility, no hot water, no toiletries, staff behaviour very rude, smelly rooms

At first the front office manager was very rude. No amenities provided. They have not changed the bedsheet and pillow cover. After 1 hour they changed the took and there also if was coverd with dust. No proper water supply or cupboard was provided. Ac was also not working well. They said for booking they can't provide clean room. You can complain

Property is good, location is very near to sai baba temple, amenities- no tv and drinking water is provided, services - is good.

The location is good and easily accessible from samadhi mandir. Rest all is average. Toiletries supply is not enough and up to standard

Very poor service of hotel. One receptionist initially refused me to handover room with the plea that property is sold, later is provided me below standard, poor property. The experience n service at the hotel remain very very poor.

Terrible stay at this hotel rooms are not so good as they shows in photo and I personally recommend please don’t include for breakfast as they charge more and it is tasteless. I will just say please don’t for hotel before you see the rooms thank you 🙏🙏
