This hotel is a big NO NO for anyone looking for a peaceful stay. Checked 4 rooms before selecting one. All rooms have cockroaches everywhere, which, for some reason, are not visible to staff. Linens are not fresh. In fact, one of the rooms they showed had used towel and some cloth lying on bed, which seem like hotel staff either using unused rooms for themselves or renting out on an hourly basis and forgot to clean.

By far my worst Fabhotels experiences

Pros: Location for good connectivity for railway and Airport Cons: 2. Pan spit stained stairs 3. Reception gives out a vibe of a shady hotel 4. After paying advance for booking a double bed room, was pushed to accept split bed on arrival 5. Cockroach infested rooms 6. Unchanged, dirty and used sheets and comforters (later could get three clean bed sheets as they were out of any clean/new comforters) 7. Un-sweeped floor with muddy stains the list goes on.
