Detailed mentioned in description is not upto the mark not proper care of customer no drinking water facility poor quality of mattress and blanket very high price compared to cleaness and hygiene this is at 2nd floor and no luggage lifting facility available entrance is very dirty cats are sleeping in the entrance.

No drinking water facility. Drinking water is a basic facility which is not available in this hotel. Tv not working. Charging socket not working. Not recommended to stay.

Dirty place, no service room provided on stay, very awkward location to find out. No common amenities available like toilet tissue etc. Very dirty washroom.

I had visited the empire hotel on 31st night, it is a lodge and rooms and location is under unhygienic place … they told me Rooms are full not available even if you booked and confirmed

After 75 stair you can reach this guest house. It is situated on top floor. No hanger in room. Room service is bad

The hotel owner is well and very polite, i am an old customer of this property but this time not at all happy with the hotel boy, very rough and he doesn't know how to behave, terrible so bey no more visiting again. I don't know how he treats other customers but to me it's too much. I ordered mixed fried rice and he brought veg fried rice and charged rs. 220- per plate. No tv recharge, no soap and shampoo, sorry rishi kant kaur, younger one is ok and good but elder one uff.
