Because of medical emergency i requested to date change via customer service on multiple times. Nobody not done anything for that. If i call properly holder they said to contact makemytrip customer care, then i called customer service they said it's depends on property holder. So nobody done anything for my request. Even i requested 2 days before, nobody not taking responsibility for this. Worst customer care service. I cannot give not even 1 rating for this service. I am sure afterthis i am not going to book rooms or any trips through makemy trip, going to uninstall this app, and would suggest to my friends also. Thank you

Dream home accommodation provides me more than i expected. First of all hospitality & services of owner is excellent. Room is very neat and clean, provides best spacing for a 4 member family. Provides good security feeling. Room location provides total hilltop seenary of munnar hills. Gets mini- cooking facility. Good meals and homely food available from nearby area. Room location is not traffic congested. Morning seenary is good. In an average if we spend inside the room for 5 days also without any travel, it is a wonderful experience.

I had a great experience staying at dream homes. The view from here will drop your jaws its just awesome. It has a big private terrace and balcony too. The owner and caretaker are great and they also adjust timings and check in if you have any issue in that. Overall a wonderful l place to stay in munnar.
