experience was terrible. no support from staff. they don't understand any language other than Malayalam. pics uploaded by property are not like that in real. don't book this. no breakfast no lunch/dinner.

Non proffessional not by the woner of hotel but mmt. Mmt has to check before giving this kind of hotel to his platform for cheating customer. 1. I have booked a suit room for two days first day woner called me and told to adjust another room because of overlooking by mmt. I adjusted. 2. Next day when i m in visit for sight seeing they changed my room to a so called bunker including my luggage by there own. Night when i reached no option for me to change other than adjust. 3. Room is too far from city means not a single shop you will find within three km area. 4. Parking place only super expert can park. 5. Only that amma who cook food and care taker is appreciateble.

Sir, we have upgraded you to 2BHK Apartment on your 1st day stay as complementary, that you might have enjoyed. On 2nd day which you stayed is the suit room. Definitely there is huge difference between both type of accommodation. During your 1st day stay stay itself we clearly told that about the room change. On the 2nd day, why did you lock 2BHK Apartment without shifting the room and go early for sight seeing. Your intention might be want to stay both days on 2BHK at lesser cost. We are not cheating.

Place was good. But it is far away from the center town. So it will take 30 + mins to reach the villa. No shops nearby and no hotels that is minus and public transportation. Place was neat and good and a cook is available sometimes so we can get food.
