The place is absolutely filthy and has no facilities whatsoever. Hygiene and sanitation cannot even be spoken of. There were huge mosquitoes in the room and the staff had no solution to the problem. The room looked like it was out of a horror movie. The pictures of the room are deceiving. Bedsheet had stains on it and on asking to change the room we were told hotel was completely occupied.

We found an insect on bed. We also found washroom small and not clean. Room overall was not so clean. We checked out in 1 hour after booking another hotel. Stay away if you want a nice stay. If you just want to kill a night, this might be a cheap location. They do arguably have AC and wifi, and room is called deluxe ac.

Nice budget hotel for a short vacation

Hotel location is near Calangute beach. Decent clean room and polite staff. Wish they could have a quick food ordering service in house, swimming pool could have covered up from top to avoid outside stalkers. There was frequent powercut in daytime which stopped ac but fan was working, not good for summer seasons but manageable for winter, also there was frequent water cut and required reminders to the staff. Rest, it was peaceful stay.

I completely loved my stay at De Sai Palace. The property is a value for money deal providing all the basic necessities and also a swimming pool. It is also located very close to Calangute, candolim and baga markets and beaches. Would definitely recommend all friends and family to stay here.

It was a nice stay. Value for money. Good for families. Staffs are very nice. Clean rooms and beds. Little bit far 0.8 km from main road. The only issue is no refrigerator in a rooms. Rest the location is peaceful. You can easily book if traveling with family.

Location is ok, but the room service was very bad. TV, AC and phone was not working. No dustbin in the room, if you need any thing keep asking the staff but no one is going to listen you. In my opinion don't even think to stay in this hotel.
