groupThis property especially the beach facing ones are run down. With ac inside room temperature during day time was 33deg. Flush and shower not working. Ac was not working in one room. Hotel staff not guest friendly. Location on the beach is good. No health safety precautions.

Location is everything here. However, the management could improve their rooms and overall facilities. Service is different amongst staff, some are deligent, some simply don't care. The management could begin with room improvement first, as it was below standard.

Nice place to stay in Palolem. Clean and spacious huts. We arrived midnight but our booking was for the next day 12. 00 pm but they were graceful enough to give us accommodation same night. Food was not that great. Staff were awesome. They arranged a bike for us they also arranged airport drop. Overall superb experience

The bangalows are on the best location! Completely worth for money. Alcohol and food is expensive ... But for the view from the restaurant for once we would want to pay for it too! Safe place to take night strolls on the beach. Good crowd. They light floating lanterns during the night time which look really pretty! Its the best stay option on Palolem beach!

Worst hotel management

They have given us other room the room which we booked. We have booked sea view AC room, but they have given us non sea view. When we asked the reason the hotel management just simply said it occupied by others for long stay Don't go to this huts. Management is worst. They wont keep there promises.

The stay was wonderful. Relaxing and comfortable .. Awesome resort .. Right on the beach. With clean and excellent huts ... The porch in front of each hut with a mini garden and a shower to wash the sand outside your room was an add-on

Given off season, service was very good. Staff was very helpful in all aspects, customized food and drinks as per our requirement. They should give water bottles everyday is one of the things which can be changed. Rooms were very neat and clean. Food is on an expensive side. Location of the resort is one of the most important things.

Excellent location with sea view

Location is very good in fact situated at heart Of Palelom beach. Sea view hut room chosen was clean. Request for room decoration was well done. Candle night dinner at beach is memorable. Foods are also good, however curries are same taste which may be improved.
