May be the worst hotel of of kolkata

The room was displayed and the room was delivered was completely different. The room was dirty untidy. There is no mirror in the bathroom. During check out when we have asked the reason of giving different room they told that they have different hotel nearby with the same name. That means they are showing one hotel and giving the booking to other cheap hotel. Terrible hotel and terrible room.

If you talk of a very comfortable and cooperative stay out here in Kolkata, this property is one of the finest options you can vouch on. The location is very peaceful, no external disturbances come the property is very customer friendly. You can avail any type of cioperation from the hotel staff. They are very polite and supportive. If you have a late check in, just drop a call at the property and you are done. Any kind of arrangements for anniversary, birthday surprises, the hotel is ready for it. Very sound staff and decent. Food quality is homely, no extra oil. Make your stay at kolkata memorable with this hotel and enjoy life time realtions. Happy staying.
