Hotel is pathetic. Nothing was clean. Washroom was in very bad condition. I had planned for 1 week but had to change because of this.

Ten out of ten, a perfect choice. This hotel will be my pick every time i visit the city. I was very impressed. I rated the place 5 stars because i didn't find any faults

Ac was not working fans were spinning low dirty bedsheets with stain marks walls with cracks, stain marks and shoe print. Bathrooms were stincky and not sanitised at all. I had a booking for 2 days but i left the hotel in 12 hours and looking for a refund for rest 1 day.

I had taken stay for a week due to some medical issue. There is no food facility in the hotel. We order the food from outside. Room service is also very terrible. On those 7 days, room cleaning happened once a day when i request the staff. The behaviour of staff is also very terrible.

They took the money from me like 2200 and there there are the room where very bad and the is are not working the pens or not working the tvs are not working absolutely very bad experience. I stay only that like to put 3 hours because i my experience of very bad that's why

The hotel owner did not give us a room. Was saying that room from local id is not available so we were not given room. We went back.

Absolutely fantastic stay! the hotel exceeded expectations.

The most pathetic experience i ever had, if it would have been in my hands i would have close this hotel. Firstly you will never able to find the hotel as it shows different location in the google map secondly there is no board in front of the hotel building with its name. It's just and isolate building where i reached just by asking the locals. After that when i took the lift it got stuck in between two floors i was literally stuck in that for one hour and after all this things when i reached hotel the person in reception deny me the room saying make my trip has given you room in very nominal amount which is not feasible for us so i won't give room. Means after around an hour searching for the hotel and then getting stuck in the lift for another hour i was not given the room. A very pathetic. No one should ever book this hotel.

Hotel denied booking.

The hotel staff were like mafias. They were fighting and misbehaving.

Very bad location hotel stay very rude they were not allowed visitors in room as we. Made booking with breakfast they were not giving breakfast as per booking

Room cleaning is not good, no phone connection, not in a pleasant way it is just a room and bathroom.

It is not actually a hotel, they are doing something else. The room is dirty, after checking the fourth room, i have to finally stay there without any towel, the floor is not clean, the cigarette but washroom is pathetic and bedsheets is also not clean.

This hotel is the worst hotel I have ever lived in. Starting from check in. The receptionist was not at all humble. Upon entering the room, some weird smell was there. Found one cigarette packet in almirahs. No water bottle provided and had to ask several times for it. The pillow covers were dirty. No soap given , and gave some dirty towel. Really pathetic experience. Oyo should understand that some travellers can book hotel for professional purposes too. It’s not always for couples to make love on hourly basis. Please improve. I won’t recommend this hotel to anyone.
