The place was dirty and smelly. The rooms really need a deep clean. The floor was all black with dirt marks, windows had gunk all over. Barely provided toilet roll that was taken away after cleaning.

The rooms are not clean properly. No room cleaning service given on the second day. No outside food was alluded to but not updated in book details. No kitchens were provided. no complimentary coffee or team sachets were provided. The rooms are not the same as shown in the picture. they show you allotted different rooms.

ambience is good. stay is pleasant. but need to focus on basic facilities. Bathroom door lock is not functioning. shower tap is coming out. Dental kit was not available. we had to ask for it 3 times and then only it made available. AC was not working overall good facility and ambience.
