In future do n t look for Rs 1000 per room.spend more money upto 2000 per night and take enjoy.

Drinks and noise not allowed after 10 PM everywhere in Shimla according to instructions future if u want to come again Shimla.

No any staff for guest its a home stay villa no any way for a car its way only walk and bike i booked via make my trip for chohan villa simla for 2 nights but i will checkout within 1 night and 1 day waste of money i hope my one night's charges refund to make my trip.

If U want all facilities for a penny.its not possible.there is need to walk in Shimla for almost hotels because road is not approachable in 90% Hotels in Shimla. In future do n t book cheap/readonable stays.go for some 3 stars properties if u have some high preferences.

The property location is very hard to find, it was so downhill, there is no wifi available, no parking, the breakfast is terrible, first day they gave us cholla and puri in breakfast which is very bad in taste, the tea we can't able to drink, there is no parking even for a scooty, there is no fan in the room, we asked for a table fan which is also not available. The room i which we are stayed are connected to other room by a door which is locked but the voice is clearly listenable from the other room. The owner behavior is good. Tge say to park our scooty on road side or in the parking oh hotel aashiana which is around one km away from the property. In our three night stay the bedsheets are not changed, the water in the room is not changed, no kitchen facilities available in the room.

Sorry to say that we are providing rooms at very cheap rates as rs- to you, parking is already mentioned in the booking site (paid, despite that we arranged a parking for your scotty in our street. Food provided at very cheap rates as rs. 60- and tea at rs. 10. Kitchen counter already available in the room. Comparatively to hotels more facilities are available in our home stay accommodation at very cheap cost.

Drastic experience

No space for parking till 1km. No staff. They show diffrnt room and gave diffrent. It took 2hours to find the exact location from mall road. No wifi. Nothing to eat nearby. Very long distance walk. Team was so not responsive. Had a drastic/terrible/worst experience with the stay

It is not a secure place, no reception present. If you need anything no one is present to provide you from owner side.
