room was uncleaned I traveled with a group of 3 friends all girls hotel person sent a group of 4 boys to share room with them and told us this is share apartment so you have to stay with them or have to pay extra money so I paid RS 800 extra for room.

Room was good. Staff is also helpful just one problem at that time there was no water available for bathroom but later they solve the problem. Overall room quality is top notch. And staff behaviour is also polite and very helpful

businessOur stay was absolutely fantastic! the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, with amazing views of the city. The location was perfect, if you are working in mahalaxmi lawns.

familyDidn’t provide water bottle in Rooms as per rule a room should have one bottle of water as complementary but no bottles were offered. Washroom drains was clogged with cigarettes. There were hairs everywhere on bed, table.

Terrible Stay

I booked a room only. But there was 2 shared rooms in a single apartment. 2 couple including us inside one. So privacy wasn't there. It wasn't specified while booking it. And they didn't offer anything beside a single towel ( even though we were a couple) and a little soap. Bhk was good tho. I really suggest it instead of a single room. No thanks

We had a short stay and it was a nightmare, ac not working properly, stained blankets and pillows, leaking washroom. No water bottle in room, squeaky beds. Overall was utter nightmare.

The property is good the location was also good the service is not at all up to the mark i had a stay up to 7 days not a single day the room was cleaned. During checkin there was no towel no amenities were provided as mentioned we needed to communicate with the host for everything. The property is great but the kitchen should come with a gas for basic meals cooking. Room cleaning should have been done at least on alternative days
