The Road was not good enough. And tv and heater not worked. Otherwise it's good.

Road is very bad only jeep riding.

The entrance road was too risky don't go with your own car or bike. Very terrible roads with down roads.

We booked the room for valley view but as we reached the property we were offered different room even after confirmation over telephone, we did not check-in and resolved the issue with owner. Calling MMT customer service was not helpful at all. One thing to add that all these hotels at tourist places don't even have the staff who can communicate with the guest in any language except Malayalam language which is very unconvincing when you have any issue as we faced.

Very difficult to take your car to the property. The slope is too steep and the Road is too narrow which can only accommodate a car at a time. The view from the balcony is very good. The place is peaceful. There are two rooms and a dining hall.

The photos that shown in this are the top floor that only for couples and for group of friends they will the basement section. The balcony view of both are awesome. Place is calm and peaceful, best for one night stay.

Good things- 1. View from hotel is excellent. No doubt you will love it. 2. Silent place. Very good sun rise view right through bed. 3. Good cleanliness. 4. Helpful manager. Bad things- 1. Very dangerous road, only skill driver can drive car, around 300 meters. 2. Safety problem. Located in right front of jungle. And only door key lock. No door latch. Also no window grill. 3. You can't do anything after 6 pm. Very unsafe outside no road light and nothing to visible outside.

Hotels doesn't provide food, no nearby hotels or restaurant. Breakfast will be provided from outside. Location is very remote and road to that hotel is very steep (difficult for car, jeep can go). Rooms were dirty and cockroaches were roaming on beds and insects were flying, though out the premises. No cleanliness, no toiletries, no towel, no TV connection (only TV was there). Almost all room walls are made of wood, only look is given like a wall. No sound privacy in the hotel.

Hot water not early in the morning. Good location, natural sight. No food or tea service available.

Value for money, morning view in balcony, priceless cardamom farm.

Location was good. It would be good to add food facility for dinner.

Location and accessibility to hotel is difficult. Place is good, rooms are good but still few things need to be improved.

Our room was given to someone else even after calling them and confirming that we will be a little late to reach and we had to take another room in the near by place which was arranged by the hotel manager

Isolated places in middle of cardamom plantations, place was clean and has good views, special thanks to Mr. Paul, he was very friendly and arranged all we need for a pleasant stay.

Terrible experience. Photos shown are not at all matching with the actual room we got. Rooms and bathroom were so small and congested. Location is so steep and it was difficult to drive the car back from the room location to main road as it was raining and road was slippery and narrow. Not for family.

Very good view and nice property in this price.

The hotel is situated in a hard to reach area with no shops or restaurants Around. Difficult to drive car in the single lane Road connecting hotel to main Road. Need to climb a steep slope to reach the main Road itself. Tv was not working according to the staff. Cleanliness was not upto the mark. No Bath towels provided. Staff is friendly but service not good.

Cleanliness was average, 1 of the room we booked had a big glass window facing the road which was not comfortable for couples to stay. View from the other room was good, both the room's had issue with the water in the washroom one of the washroom flush was not working, the hotel is located in a valley for which the approach road was very steep, narrow and jeeps belonging to the other resorts in the valley were running up and down continuously which makes very unsafe to drive through. The road was almost 45 to 60 degrees steep. If you don't have a vehicle it is very tough to get in and out of the location. If you want to book this villa and want to go there in your vehicle make sure it has good conditioned tires, breakers, and enough power. It is not possible to reach the location in rain by foot or vehicle as the rainwater floods through the road.

Hospitality is excellent. The rooms are well maintained and the view is amazing

The view from our room were just the best we could get for this price and the owner of the property was very helpful. I would totally recommend this place except for the location. Autos will charge 70 Rs just to go to the Main Road as it is a steep road.
