Capital O Hotel 24 Plus

Every where bugs on all rooms in hotel. This is not hotel actual this is hell. Thanks to make my trip my booking shift to another hotel

The stay was bad, very dirty, very unhygienic, broken switches, torn walls, and during checking in, they asked us to pay an extra 325 or they would ask us to cancel and find another hotel, we had payed 1640, but they apparently have some rule saying there should be a minimum 2000 payment for them to book a room. Was a complete scam.

Staff not obedient. No glass for drinking water. Hygiene average. First i was given a room which could not be locked and later had to shift

the room was clean, with good smell, hot water was available, but i wasn't provided with towels and body wash/soap and the staff didn't give me a room, they made me to pay extra money which i felt was not good,

I am really upset with make my strip as got the hotel and charge the meal amount but there was no meal arrangements there in hotel and arrangements and rooms are pathetic it's like local hotel nearby railway station. My trust on make my trip has gone and going forward i will not recommend make my trip to anyone. Atleast you should do detail inquiry and information before adding in your list. Simply terrible and pathetic. I will not forget this for long time.

Amount in the app was different and when went to check in was forced to pay extra money. Very much disappointed

After booking my room in make my trip. Hotel management asked me to pay additional 400rs. If not room will not be allocated. As we use this app to book rooms in our urgency work. But very disappointed. I will take this to social media as well

Good and clean hotel very nice nice please maintain the same quality but they collected extra room charges from me

Room not well as per booking time shown in the website. After 1 hour wait the i get the room, poor quality room given.

No food included even after paying extra. Need a refund immediately.

Rooms are good with wifi, tv, ac are in good condition. Nearby areas we can find food easily and transportation is also available from nearby places.

Very bad, no neatness, no water bottle. They taken 363 rupees extra from us. Their behavior also not good. Really cheating

The hotel was very cheap and the staffs were behaving very rude and the hotel was booked for 830rs including tax after reaching there at hotel they were asking for extra charges. Even police raid was happening there. Such a cheap hotel.

Worst application ever, when i went there after booking they charged 350 rs extra and thats not what was described before or said anywhere.

We had booked an ac room but after check in the receptionist told ac is under maintainance. Cockroaches all around and no proper water facility

No food, amenities or any services were provided. Ac didn’t work properly. Hot water doesn’t come in washroom. No wi-fi. No visitors allowed. Even water bottles were not provided.

Its was a nice experience stay with make my trip. Excellent. Staff was good. But some bathroom hygiene is poor. But its ok

I had booked and it was confirmed but when i reach they asked extra money. I had paid extra 552 rupees. They are saying we won't take any book below. If they won't accept how it is confirmed. No image.

An outstanding stay overall highly recommend this hotel the staff made us feel like vips.
