Terrible Stay

It was terrible. We booked a flat with pool and we got to know der is no pool. And in our entire stay tv didn’t worked and no wi-fi and lift is under maintenance

We have a pool and working condition but you required a private pool and you booked apartment with common pool. Lift was under maintenance due to heavy rainfall in Goa but it's now in working condition and wifi also got fixed during your stay. All our TV are smart TV and are in working condition. But still we will make sure that we will create a better experience for you in your next visit with us Regards

Poor Stay

The staff is very rude and they are very greedy. They demanded extra money for early checkin(3k) and we paid. At the end of the trip the checkout time is 11 am, they didnt even informed us about checkout. We checked out at 12. 30 and again they demanded us 3k for late checkin which is not at all good. They took a security deposit of 5k and they said they will cut this amount and payback the remaning amount. This was really a very bad experience for us. We came to enjoy the trip and end the trip with good mood. But all the happy mood was gone because of their greediness. I will never suggest this hotel to anyone

The hotel is good. Its located at good place. Building and rooms are great. Few problems which i had was the wash basin was leaking leading to water in bathroom. There is very small black color bugs, probably because i was living at ground floor. The resolution for this was getting pest control done but since i had a small toddler with me i choose not to get it done during my stay. Also add the reception person was super helpful. Helped my in getting car at very good price + gave me late checkout.

Stayed with family stay was good, with pool and clean room, but had some water problem. Stayed two days, in two days we faced water problem thrice. Even pool was good with kids, i can rate three stars for this stay.

Stayed with family, very clean and neat rooms. Friendly staff, very close to candolim beach. Rooms with kitchen so you can cook in the room or many good restaurant options are in just 5 min walk.
