    Bad experience. A bland tasteless lunch arrived after a wait of an hour and a half. They couldn't even get a basic hot chocolate right. There was no hot water in the washroom and they took two hours to change our room. They were sending service people in and out in between who couldn't help the situation at all. In addition to this, the management needs to know they cannot be charging three times the price for a 10Rs Bisleri Bottle. Drinking water is a basic facility, you can't overcharge for it

    Rooms were clean. Location was not so good ... Food quantity was sufficient but taste wise OK ... In many rooms people were smoking and entire smoke and smell were spread in lobby that was not good for family people and also not for non smokers.

    Hotel is very good and rooms are very clean. Look and feel is very posh. Food is also good and tasty. Only the location is not good, on its backside its slum area and front entrance is on road with traffic.

    We have booked this place for Christmas Eve ... The check in was fine ... Rooms are OK ... In the evening we got to there is some Private event is going to be hap ping just out of our room ... And the event started around 11 pm and it ended around 2-2:30 am we were not able sleep and have our peace of the loud music just next to our room window ... And there was power cuts 3 times for long time ... This is what which is not expected from a four star property
