We had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the warmth and professionalism of the staff made us feel at home. A special mention to Ashish Kaushik, Nancy, and Ashish Rajput – their attentiveness, support, and ever-smiling approach really went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained. The service was quick and thoughtful, and every little request was taken care of without any hassle. 1- Ac cooling was not strong enough to cool the entire room. Instead of helping me with another room, they gave me a fan. 2- The basin and shower nozzles, were bad. The water coming from it was going in all the directions. 3- The hotel was not maintained well. no toiletries and all.
