The worst experience ever to book hotel on make my trip, please refund my money remaining amount 1832+700 breakfast taken extra, without given any breakfast and bedroom service

the property is different not same as like in the pictures. We couldn't even stand there, very dirty and stinky place. Such a messy place. Nothing is working there and public washrooms are far better than this washroom. Would never suggest this to anyone. We lost money not even single penny we recieved from them even though we didn't stay there stay for 10min. Not even checkin

By looking at the photos of the property i have booked, but after reaching the location it was the place i ever visited, everything in the photos is fake, . There is no light in the bathroom we spent 2 days and using the bathroom with mobile torch. All the equipment’s in the room smells the beds and towels and dirty the wardrobes are dirty.

The apartment was quite decent. Bed and linens were ok. Below are things which we don't like: 1. Tv recharge was not done. We kept taking the follow up but they keep saying " thodi doer me ho jayega-2. Till our stay ends it didn't work. 2. Wifi was not. 3. The plastic chairs were not in good condition, some were broken. 4. The cupboard door was damaged. 5. Painting in some places aweful. 6. Ac stabilizer wiring was looking dangerous, it was not properly insulated. 7. Refrigerator was rusty

Room is not hating internet coverage for vodaphone and idea, washroom door not able to lock, no lights in staircase, no utensils in kitchen, breakfast not served today, wash basin choke ups, no glass, cups, plates etc. My review is very poor. No utensils in kitchen, no breakfast on first day

Property would be a great choice if it have a good maintenance work, but the maintenance is poor. Swimming pool is good.

Breakfast and hygiene

The property has being included breakfast but they didn’t give any refreshment like tea and coffee they said you need to arrange by your self so we go out 1km to arrange the tea how is possible mostly all the hotel and apartment included refreshments in breakfast but this property not include. The caretaker never asked for room cleaning or bed sheet change we stay for their for almost 5 days but never my room get cleaned and there is a problem in my friend room of ac water leakage that need also not get solved. The good thing about property is that it is spacious but there maintenance is not good in terms of hygiene.
