Excellent property! One of those that do not have any commercial touch. Simple, no jazz.. we loved every bit of it. Homemade food is an added advantage. Siddu who is the caretaker is a ⭐ He goes beyond to ensure that you are taken care of. We went for a 2 day stay and extended it by another day. Again, if you want a non commercial experience, this is the place. Thanks Rohith!

Nice location amidst coffee plants and trees, did not feel the heat even in summer. Clean and spacious swimming pool. Tasty homely food but limited choices.

Thr home stay is superb and is set away from all the noise air and light pollution. Perfext for a get away eoth family. Special shout out to siddhu and his nephew ratan for making the stay even more special and comfortable for us.

The property is poorly managed with absolutely no regard for cleanliness. Really need to ensure that the amenities are well maintained and the rooms are kept in order for the guests.

I found this homestay through make my trip app. It is an old farm house with 2 bedrooms and attached bathrooms. The interior is decorated aesthetically with antique items. There was a wall with all the old photos of owner and his family, which was interesting. It also has an outdoor pool amid-st the plantation, hence it has its own drawbacks. There is one more homestay in the compound which has a small basketball and badminton court near it, which was converted from brick patios for drying coffee beans. So lower your expectations on that. The property has another small area for barbecue and bon fire. In total the property is good for small get together with your family or friends. The caretaker stays in the property itself who is available 24x 7 on call. The food they provide has a homely feel, but should be informed beforehand. We had our breakfast there and we were completely satisfied with it. The only negatives we felt was weak mobile network, which is expected in such a place and they had compensated it with a strong wifi connection. The outdoor pool can be maintained in a better way. Also the ceiling fan in one of the bedrooms were not working and they replaced it with a pedestal one, which was not informed to us when we reached. Usually in such a place with cold climate it is fine, but we visited there in the summer, that too it was burning hot when we checked in, we were tired from a long travel and this disappointed us. But by evening they somehow managed to fix it. Overall it was a pleasant stay barring these minor issues.

A good homestay in the middle of a coffee estate. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. The pool was clean and had a constant flow of water, although the algae on the pool walls could have been cleaned properly. You can also roam around the coffee plantation or play a game of badminton. They also arrange bonfire barbeque for an extra cost.

We stayed there for 2 nights and it was an astonishing experience to stay in this property. This is the best stay for nature lovers. Calm and peaceful place, our host sidda was very helpful. We enjoyed stay very much.

Homestay was very nice. Pool was clean and neatly maintained. Food and all the facilities are good. Better if we go with more people. Place is inside forest area, so it is silent and peaceful. There is a care taker he will arrange things based on our interest. You can enjoy your stay peacefully.

Had a great stay few days back. The place is surrounded by lush green, coffee and black pepper plantations. Its located in interiors of sunthikoppa with not so much population. Overall, great experience. Calm and peaceful. Siddhu, a caretaker of this estate, very co-operative!

While the place is beautiful, it needs to be a bit more geared up for hosting people. While the place is beautiful, it needs to be a bit more geared up for hosting people. We ordered some coffee in the evening and there was no one around for more and 2 hours to serve us anything. Additionally when we asked for 2 types of coffee - 1 black and 1 with milk, they refused to serve us both.

It was really a good experience. Located far from the hustle bustle of the main town. Although located remote, this homestay offers everything for the wanderer. Rooms were neat and primitive. Pool could have been maintained better. Overall a pleasant stay. Caretakers were friendly.

The place was nice but had a lot of issues with electricity and generator back up we were also asked to move from one room to other n then back as they said have new bookings rest the estate was nice
