My stay was extremely disappointing. The staff were rude unprofessional and unhelpful throughout. There was no housekeeping during the entire stay. The swimming pool was in terrible condition. Frequent power cuts made it very uncomfortable. Most of the amenities listed were not provided. Overall, it was a bad experience and I would not recommend this property to anyone.

Very worst, don't book on photos, they will give us other rooms, no cleanness, not good for family stay

First a all, they person transfer to other hotel not into the bob beach hotel, In the other hotel there in no water is free. I need to pay 30 rupees for each water bottle. No 24/7 support, No reception person, No daily cleaning in room. I am not like this type of service.

Hotel pay extra charge and dont give the room which i book 5 rooms book but hotel manager give only 4 room and pay extra for the hotel also

i didnot check in beacuse room was not as per they showed. in room crockroch was present, cigrate ash fussyy smell and only male was in property. so much horrible experience. i wint their mid night 11pm with wife. i didn't felt to stay their and i didn't checkin. i was wondering in goa mid night to see room. very bad experience. please refund my money
