Anjuna Seaprincess Guesthouse

I recently visited and had a very disappointing experience. Firstly, the place lacks basic parking facilities, which made it very inconvenient. Additionally, the employees were rude and displayed no sense of customer service. This made the entire visit unpleasant and frustrating. I hope management addresses these issues promptly to improve the experience for future customer

Overall it was a good experience but 2 things were missing, 1) no generator backup for frequent electricity shutdowns. 2) no hot water even though their is solar system installed.

Best sea front property, clean room and nice staff.

The rooms where stinking and bathroom had lot of insects and the ac was not in working condition. Will never book this because the hospitality was horrible

Very dirty cockroaches and spider running around not safe for toddlers and children

Hotel staff is gud and value for money if you are staying in group.

There is no staff no power backup no room service available even nobody there to clean the room i saw this kind of guest house terrible experience with this room.

It was walking distance to all shacks in Anjuna and extremely clean, peaceful, and perfect. Restaurant in front (vans) was best food we had. And the owner was very cordial and welcoming and nice at heart person. Had a great interaction with him. Will surely visit again. Property good for solo, couples as well as families.

Maintenance is good and good environment.

Rooms were dirty, no television, no air conditioner. Regular power cut and lots of free mosquitoes in the room. Never go for this place. Thank you.
It was worst staying at this place. Please go for any other good place.

Pathetic property . No electricity . Full of mosquitoes and flies . No care taker or reception available in the property. You just pay the money and then forget . . We had to leave at 3 in the morning because of the electricity issue. Called the caretaker multiple times but no answer. No generator available and multiple and frequent power interruption . Do not even think of booking such waste of money property. It's as good as the place to keep your luggage but you can't stay there.

Facilities are good. Non AC room has led tv and breakfast facility. Room Service is really good and polite

Its budget hotel, that is very near to beach for long time stay its good. Apart from room there is nothing, you can enjoy the beach only, near to hotel many good cafe, but don't think about any services, its guest house kind of cheap stay, suitable for as per you requirement

We stayed there for a day ... Thankfully. There was nobody to attend us and had to wait for someone to come in and give the keys. The room was OK. Fan wasn't working well and there were frogs inside the room. No hot water facility as well. No manament peraon there to attend our queries/concerns. We paid Rs 1250 for a room and was totally not worth it.

Near by to beach. Quiet location. Cafe lilliput and Curlies are near by. Good for couple as well for a nice budget stay. Restaurant attached right at the entry door makes it easy to get food right to your room.
