ACT HOMESTAY

The property was very nearer to the beaches and easily accessible. The room was comfortable and clean. A very secure place to stay with family. Nice caretaker everything was good, can recommend to others.

Got an early check in as requested. House was really good along with all the amenities. Considering the food available in nearby restaurants was really yum. So I would rate this as a good place to stay during your vacations

Pool is for a fee. Apartment is small with a non functional kitchen. Better avoid

A small flat on 2nd floor. Kitchen is for name sake only. The pool is of society and is available for free. The owner is a well behaved person. Not so great.

Bad experience feel ever room are good but service very poor specially made

Everything about the room is great but try to provide drinking provide drinking water. Good place, nice room, friendly owner and overall is good.

The room was absolutely not how it looks in the photographs. The room is unhygienic and does not have basic amenities like a proper working a/c, cooking utensils, iron etc which are a must for a home stay. The photo says a duplex flat however what you get is just one room out of that duplex The location is also really bad and there's nothing close by as well Would not recommend staying here

Super cool and calm place to stay
Everything about the room is too good but it would be better if they provide drinking water because it is a primary need. Cleanliness is awesome. Opener is also friendly. They provided the room before check in time that helped us a lot.

Hotel staff is very cooperative.

Hotel facilities is very excellent and it near to beaches and location is very perfect and amount is affordable for 1 week trip and I enjoy a lot. Hotels person is very nice and friendly.

Peaceful place for family. Neat and clean ambience, would live to visit again.

Room was good, bud din to get basic requirement like drinking water and bath room soap. Also they distributed with many unwanted phone calls before check-in time.
They disturbed me many times by calling through mobile phone asking when will you come, where did you reached, take zero copy of ID cards etc. They did to provided bathing items like soap shampoo etc. They did to given drinking water, I walked nearly 1km to have it. Room and cleanness was good.

As i told, the location was really nice. The owner was very friendly and humble. Added advantage was the freezer.

Awesome place to stay near Calangute and Baga. Market is within 5 minute walking distance. Place is on the main road in North Goa.
Spacious place with AC in hall as well. Fully furnished room, we were 5 people visited here and felt very comfortable. 24 hours hot water facility. Amazing stay in Goa.
