Not good

We had a wonderful stay. It was a nice place to stay. Cleanliness and security were perfect. Everything was good.

One of the best stay in Goa. Had a very good time with my friends.

The place was worst. Won't recommend anyone

Location was good and convenient for us. It is near to Baga Beach. Room was really nice and clean. It is an apartment and no staff was there, only one security person was there. No hot water was provided. They provided food and it was good. They have a pool but they allowed guest for only a limited time. I would suggest them to increase the time limit, it will be great.

Apartment denied check-in and talked harsh to me. Without any reason he told booking is rejected. After a Long conversation with MMT, hotel allowed us. Apartment renting is illegal, may customer also suffer of it.

The ambiance is good. Swimming is awesome.

This 1bhk flat is best for 5 friends or couple. All facilities are great especially swimming pool.

It took about 2 hours to reach the hotel. Since morning I tried to call the hotel for making the necessary cleaning and provide the timing when we are going to reach but both the numbers were not reachable and couldn't even reach over the call for the whole day. The location provided by hotel was somewhere else where even car cannot reach and was an invalid location. It's somewhere else located. After asking different people, checking with maps it took about 2 hours to reach location and also after talking to customer care for a long time, the hotel guy called us and helped to locate the property. It was asked us by hotel guy to reach to Arpora junction nearby church and said i'll reach within 10 minutes, we waited for another 30 minutes and still, the guy said I am on my way. Once met with the hotel representative, he helped us to reach the hotel but when reached door and opened with keys, the room wasn't cleaned, smelling like worst, saw a few of alcohol bottles in the room. It was not even cleaned by their staff. They said we weren't informed about the booking. It was their responsibility to have the apartment cleaned before we check-in but this wasn't even clean and smelled like worst. They started cleaning the process when we arrived. This was the worst experience with the hotel.

It was my very bad experience with that property and no proper service was there and the property was also not maintained. The bed sheet was so dirty but there was a pool view from the room. The food we didn't have there so no idea about food.

The stay was very good also the location was convenient. Everything was nice no complaints.
