Good rooms with amazing views of arabian sea and location with good staff and food.They have rabbits ..parrots in compus

That was great stay here. Little difficult as there was no king bed room available in the HOTEL. Has to much rush.

Room was nice but the amenities were poor Air conditioner and refrigeration system was not in a proper shape in the amenities in the washroom were bad

Our stay at Taj Lands End was good. The food was delicious. I liked their services. The ambience was nice

We mainly wanted to stay in that property because it was sea view but it was very disappointing not getting sea view

The room was non smoking and still it smelt of smoke . The room basin were not so clean and could see dirt on lining of the basin. Shower was not working well and breakfast was not that great

We stayed at the luxury suite. It had a great view of the Arabian Sea and the Bandra-Worli Sea Link. The Food was good & the staff were very cordial. Overall it was a great stay. Kudos to the entire team of Taj land ends.

Nice stay , staff is really good, receptionists are really nice and well behaved, food also very good but in breakfast buffet their was some problems about overcrowd arrangement, no bowl available to take sauces, chutney , and a long queue to take a seat

A very poor experience. I don't think I am staying in Taj very unsupervised services. If you want water, you have to wait for 30 minutes and also the staff is not going to solve the problem . Also they denied the services i have mentioned in my booking voucher. The rooms are smelling bad .

The outside facade is also nice with pool. The rabbits are always fun to watch and feed. However, my first stay was far mor better than this time. Calls go unanswered, response times are painfully slow, and the overall food quality is just average at best. The reception staff are untrained, indifferent, and clueless about basic hospitality. The in-room dining service is careless and lacks professionalism. The duty manager, who should be accountable, is practically invisible — does not take calls, does not respond, and fails to show the slightest initiative to resolve issues. The only saving grace is the concierge team, who seem to be the only ones still upholding some standards of efficiency. Unfortunately, the rest of the hotel runs with a shockingly callous attitude, which is unacceptable for a property that carries the “Taj” name. It’s clear that poor management decisions and negligent hiring practices have dragged this once-glorious hotel into mediocrity. The legendary reputation of Taj Lands End has been squandered. Unless there is a complete overhaul in staff training and management accountability, this property will continue to disappoint.

It was a memorable experience. Very curtious staff, excellent food . Room was really spacious and big . We went as part of our wedding Anniversary and found as a God given gift .
