Stay was plesent and it's in good location, safety-wise it's the best food is the only thing matters me, because, I'm a vegetarian otherwise it's the best place to stay.

The staff is very warm and helpful. We were here for a fitness race and the staff went all out to give us all the help. The owner and manager very on their toes for 48 hours.

The hotel had a peaceful ambiance and the rooms were clean every room had a balcony to sit. We had to shift from a different hotel to spend at least one night there. Rooms are spacious.

There is no food facility in hotel. One of the staff was not helping. We had to ask for water bottle for a a/c room. It's actually owner's responsibility to provide it.

Dear Ms. Shettigar, you need to have checked the facilities provided when you book. Ours is a value for money place not a luxurious place. Its meant for those who want a no frills stay. We do not compromise on any aspects of cleanliness and what is promised. In fact we even allowed you to store your items in the private fridge. Regards staff not helping, you have not been explicit what was the issue. In case you had issues regards your stay you could escalated the matter to us and we would resolve it.
