The room was not at all clean. There was little blood on the bedsheet and a foul smell in the room

Property was ok. Thought will get a separate room like a hotel stay. Though they say pickup and drop. They only drop as we can't contact them as we can't carry our mobile in the temple.

Stay was comfortable and room spacious. Pick and drop is available once per room. Amenities provided are not adequate as toiletries are provided for one occupant. On requesting additional bath towels were provided however was torn and unusable. Property Location: The property is located approximately 1.5 km from the Guruvayoor Temple. Being at this distance, the temple bells and recitations are not audible, which some guests may find preferable for a quieter stay. The hotel does provide pick-up and drop services as mentioned; however, it was clarified only after check-in that this service is limited to a one-time use rather than multiple trips. In my case, as I had booked multiple rooms, I was allowed to avail the service more than once. Food: The meals provided were from a predetermined menu prepared by the restaurant. There was no buffet or à la carte option available. It would have been appreciated if guests were offered some choice rather than a fixed menu. That said, the food was very tasty and well-prepared. I would rate the food 5/5. The restaurant maintained good hygiene and had a pleasant ambiance. Amenities: Wi-Fi: Available and functional. Toiletries: Not sufficiently provided. Although the booking mentioned that toiletries were included, they were not supplied per guest. Each room had only one bath towel, and upon request, a second towel was given, though it was torn and unusable. Only one Bathing soap was provided which can be used by one occupant, but no shampoo was available in the non-AC rooms. Toothbrushes and toothpaste were only provided after requesting the staff. No ironing board was available in either AC or non-AC rooms, and it is unclear whether these would be provided on request. It is recommended that only those amenities which are actually available be listed under included facilities for clarity. Services: The staff was courteous and very helpful throughout our stay. Their service was much appreciated. Additional Comments: The rooms were spacious, as the hotel appears to be converted from residential apartments. This was evident from the construction style but turned out to be an advantage, offering guests larger room sizes and more comfort. Also i would like to thank the staff, for upgrading from studio to 1 bhk. All in all the stay was pleasant and good with a safe environment for family. Thanks to the staff and hotel management for the same.

I had a really disappointing experience during my stay. The bed was unwashed, and the overall cleanliness was pathetic. It was clear that proper housekeeping standards were not followed, which made the stay extremely unpleasant. Also, the claim that the temple is a 6-minute walk is completely misleading — it’s actually more than 1 km away and takes at least 20 minutes on foot. The only saving grace was the reception staff — they were polite and helpful, which I truly appreciated. Unfortunately, that alone wasn’t enough to make up for the rest of the experience

This was the top most stay we ever had at Guruvayoor. The property, the room, food, service everything was fabulous. They provided us with free breakfast, free pickup & drop off to the temple even on a national strike day. Because there was no public transport available on that day due to the strike as per our request they dropped us to the nearby railway station as well and made sure that we reached safely. I recommend Utsavam Hotel Apartment to each and everyone planning to visit Guruvayoor.

When we booked the room through mmt, we expected a little more, but they gave us a facility called online booking, or booking with less money. Single towel, bad kitchen, next day nobody came for room cleaning, tv complaint

Location is 1 km away from Guruvayur temple. Food is average. Waiting period for food is more. Hotel service is good.

Location is closer to the Guruvayoor temple and the hotel provides transportation to temple. The food just average. Rooms are large but kettle wasn’t clean to use. Parking is available.
