pleasant and courteous staff. however ambience shabby. towels bed sheets not clean. no lift. no coffee maker

good counter services at hotel . adverse features 1.Hotel is without lift facilities ,not convenient to elders 2.For two inmates, only 1 litre of bottled drinking was made available .For the second bottle they charged me Rs 20 .

Location, food and hospitality by the staff is appreciative. The room was clean. The only negative is the absence of lift particularly for senior citizens.

Good place to stay with family. Though a bit costly, a restaurant is also available on the ground floor. The location of the hotel is very near to the Guruvayur railway station as well as the eastern part of the temple.

No lift facilities. Location is good, near to guruvayoor temple. Food is good but no much choice. Service is good but amenities are minimum.

We did not even stay here.Full money was consumed by the hotel, though we did not stay.Pathetic experience.This is exactly looting customers.

Staff is courteous. Location is quiet & near to guruvayur temple. Cook made no onion, no garlic dish. Ideally, there shall be option for jain vaishnavi food, as guruvayur is very pious tirtha.

The room was clean and spacious. Bed was not comfortable. Location shared by makemytrip is not right, update your data.

The hotel is good. Location is near to railway station and also a walkable distance from the guruvayur temple. However, hotel facilities need improvement. Kettle, dental kit, and ironing facilities were not available. Breakfast provided is average.

Room was neat. Fresh towels and soap was supplied along with a complementary mineral water bottle. Got hot water for bath early morning

Stay was ok, but compared to the rate was not ok. The towel offered was gray in color. And remaining was average the google location you sent, was totally incorrect and the reception could not guide me to location. Name given by you is not displayed anywhere unless you enter inside the hotel

Value for money, staff are friendly. Cup boards are too old and dust smell atleast can use room spray. Location is wrong and name is ktdc aahar not ktdc tamrind.

Courteous staff and good maintenance. One feels nice to be around the place. The service was very prompt and so supportive.

It was a well-maintained room with a separate bed. There is no lift facility available in this hotel. Also there is one outside restaurant they added recently in front of this hotel and it serves Kerala's traditional food items in the evening.

Good rooms, no room boys, we want to carry our luggage through stair case. External view id shabby. Restaurant is good. My family was only to take evening tea but the waiters are not careful to serve available items which were ordered by us

The room was big and fine for me and my parents. It was AC room but the room was filled with mosquitoes. It was a one day stay and we didn't sleep the whole night. We were busy killing mosquitoes. I would rate this hotel really low just for this reason. If not it was a good and worthy stay.
