Despite a great location of the Hotel it lacks facilities. The hotel does not have any room heating which is a must for the climate, where the temperature drops drastically after sunset and goes below 3 degree in the night. The dining area is very basic and crockery and cutlery is poor. The menu has limited options and the food quality is low. Bathroom is not clean and bathroom amenities are non existent. There is wardrobe or Almirah in the room despite the room size is good. No tea/coffee maker. The linen is overused and smelly. No TV. No WiFi. No network.
