The place is fantastic; but only concern is you need to walk alot from the parking. The food is also fine. The rooms are neat and clean. The views from the room is fantastic.

Once you take the right from the Karcham dam , where you can witness the confluence of Sutlej and Baspa , and take the road along Baspa to Sangla , the road is breathtaking …yet it’s quite treacherous , mostly being single road and land slides …after the bumpy and somewhat hectic drive of 20 kms which take more than an hour , and just 5/6 kms from Sangla is the picturesque small village of Batseri , and nestled in that village just by the side of Baspa river is Hotel Batseri …it looked like a postcard as we were descending down the hilly trail after leaving the Sangla - Chhitkul road … unparallel view of river adorned by snow capped mountains will definitely elevate you and take you to a place which you have only imagined so far … The hotel has all the amenities which you can think of …warm water , room heaters , spacious neat rooms with that awestruck view …hard to imagine to get such luxury in such a remote and tranquil place …the staff were very cordial and always ready to go distance for lodgers …Restaurant was awesome , and they customised their menu (we were travelling with kids) with a smile … they arrange for different walks and treks , we took village and river walks , and guide Viraj Chauhan (hotel staff) explained in details the way of life in the beautiful hamlet …we enjoyed our stay to the fullest …thanks for the hospitality.

Room, ambiance and staffs are good, falsp hotel location is very nice but food is overpriced also food quality can be improved

The location is wonderful . If someone is looking for a peaceful Himalayan village stay with all the modern amenities, this is it . The service is great . The food was good as well. Loved the view from the private balcony of the Baspa suit . Also the adjacent apple orchards adds to the experience. Highly recommend.

I paid for a room which was not of the size mentioned and moreover after paying such high tarif for a night they don’t even give room service.You have to go to restaurant area to get something.we were travelling with a baby so requested the staff so many times for room service but they denied.

Great property tucked away in a remote corner of batseri village which is on the way to chitkul. Comfortable rooms and attentive staff. And the living in the midst of nature. Towering mountains, snow clad peaks, pine trees all around, a short walk through an apple orchard tp reach and over and above that baspa flowing at its own pace. One can’t ask for anything else

The hotel owner and staff exactly knows that you are coming out of a hectic life schedule to get a peaceful experience hence make all the possible efforts to give the best possible experience. Surroundings, food, cleanliness this hotel is the best in all departments in the entire sangla valley. A perfect stay for people travel-ling with families. So big thank you to dr. Arun, mr. Prakash and support staff for making this a lifetime experience.

The property is great…a bit on the outskirts though…the view is amazing & the service is also good

The location is excellent. Property and rooms are clean. However one need to cover 400m from the parking lot to reach the hotel. Except for this the staff will not leave any scope for anyone to complain.

Stay is good but only thing food is hood but price is too high

Nice n clean hotel overlooking bapsa river. Few hundred mtrs walk from parking to reception. No tv in rooms

Location: 5 out of 5, nice view of valley food: they aint have good chef, food is just basic in taste and very over priced concerning the chef hygine: very neat and clean safety: for self drivers parking area is tough to get in and rest is good

Everything was fine but bathroom fittings were loose and rooms need application of bug spray which was missing
