Amarkantak Temple
The Amarkantak Temple complex centres on the sacred Narmada Udgam Kund where the holy Narmada River rises at 1,048 m in the Maikal Hills.
An 11-century Kalachuri shrine, its intricately carved Shikhara was later restored by the Bhonsles of Nagpur.
