The rooms are with complete mosquitoes. Bathroom is very constrained. Ni toiletries were provided. . No table for eating food. Waste bins are not in the room. The front office is very helpful. Tv is not working.

Location- at the first time, when i saw the location it was awful for me, after that i search nearby locations, then i understand it is very closer to main city room- room was excellent, simple and clean staff- excellent staff service budget- really budget friendly overall 4/5

I didn’t stay there. After check in. I understood that i won’t be safe there. The pictures shown is misleading. So be careful. Solo travellers especially ladies. Please don’t book here.

Experience at the hotel

Hotel is little far from the railway station and the hotel is kind of ok, if you are traveling solo then the hotel is ok and it has got AC but the problem is inspite of AC and the room is closed, there are lots of mosquitoes inside the room, it disturbs a lot, can't sleep properly at night time. Nearby restaurants are not available.

The hotel is nice, but the area is a bit away from everything, and lots of mosquitoes. Also smell of sewerage all the time and the water for showering and sink was salty! However, the staff are the sweetest and very very helpful. I'll come again if they fix the water.

Budget price but won't go back there

The good- Friendly reception staff. They are ready to help. Budget price. AC room at this price in Cochin. AC works fine silently and you can control the temperature. 15 minutes walk from Eranakulam South railway station. The bad- The water stinks. You might puke because it tastes awful too. Unhealthy. Mosquitoes galore in an AC room. Keep Odomose handy. The room won't be cleaned daily or even once in four days. Bed linen and towels are almost yellow. No wardrobe to hang your shirt. No chair or table. The washroom is approximately 3 feet wide.

Overall it was a nice and comfortable stay. Staff was friendly and well behaved. Room was cozy and clean. Property ambiance was good but the location was quite difficult to find. Property was value for money.
