The hotel room has a leaking tap in the bathroom, no matter how much you tried to close the tap it wouldn't stop. The flooring of the room had major cracks. Also the check in process was a bit troublesome since the receptionist demanded an extra 200 rs from me stating that it was from the booking app and when i demanded for where it is written he said that this is an internal hotel policy. Further i asked him to show me where it was written he showed me some random register where it was written in pencil so even though the company gave a discount it was an overall bad experience
